Last week, I hopped on three trains and a bus down to Cardiff to visit my lovely friend Cathy. We visited hairy friends at Cardiff museum and then went to Wahaca to partake in one of my favourite activities: stuffing my face and drinking during the day. Not to stereotype, but drinking during the day is a favourite activity of most Scottish people.
We tried the "Tequila Experience", which is three different measures of tequila to sip with your meal, rather than with the salt, lime and terrible dancing to Vampire Weekend it usually accompanies. Babies cried in the restaurant and Cathy and I sipped every time we heard one to celebrate our childlessness, whilst eating sweet potato with feta cheese, crab meat and chipotle quesadillas.
